The Immune Atlas of Human Deciduas With Unexplained Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
We profiled the transcriptomes of about 14,000 CD45+ single cells from 3 normal and 3 URPL deciduas within 8-10 gestational weeks. The cellular composition revealed six major subsets of immune cells including dNK, T cell, macrophage, dendritic cell (DC), mast cell, and B cell in the decidua. We identified previously unknown variations of immune cells including the decreased proportion of CSF1+CD59+ KIRs-expressing dNK subset and the increase of activated DC subset in URPL deciduas. Overall design: Profiling the transcriptomes of about 14,000 CD45+ single cells from 3 normal and 3 URPL deciduas using single-cell RNA Seq.
