GM-CSF-producing T helper cells: a distinct subset of T helper cells.

Updated January 10, 2024

Single-cell RNA sequencing of memory T cells (CD45RA-CD4+) isolated from the peripheral blood (PBMCs) of 5 healthy human donors. Memory T cells were activated/stimulated with PMA/Ion/GP. A population of GM-CSF-producing Th cells (ThGM) was identified that lacked expression of signature transcription factors and cytokines of established Th lineages.
